If there is a community mailbox you will need to go to the nearest US Post Office and request a key. Make sure you take a copy of your lease to provide proof of residence.
No. We expect the house returned to us the same way you got it.
No. Locks should stay the same. The locks are changed after each tenant. If you need to change your locks please let us know and we will have it taken care of for you at your expense.
You will receive your security deposit within 30 days of move out.
