How do I submit a repair or maintenance Request ?
Call 832-639-2500 and report maintenance request.
When is rent due ?
Rent is due on the 1st. Late fees start at 5PM on the 3rd of the month.
What to do when water leaks in your home
Turn off water to house and call us immediately at 832-639-2500
What is considered an emergency ?
Fire/Blood/Flood! If any of these fit your situation it is an emergency. You should call 911 immediately and then call us at 832-639-2500
Do I need to get renter’s insurance ?
Yes! It is highly recommended to get renters insurance.
There is a community mailbox. How do I get the key ?
If there is a community mailbox you will need to go to the nearest US Post Office and request a key. Make sure you take a copy of your lease to provide proof of residence.
Can I paint the walls another color ?
No. We expect the house returned to us the same way you got it.
Can I change the locks ?
No. Locks should stay the same. The locks are changed after each tenant. If you need to change your locks please let us know and we will have it taken care of for you at your expense.
When do I get my security deposit back ?
You will receive your security deposit within 30 days of move out.
